QinetiQ signs lease in Reston - Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal:

As the incoming lead tenant inthe 196,000 square-foot Class A office building at 11091 Sunset Hille Road in Reston, its 11-year lease starts later this McLean-based QinetiQ North America, a subsidiary of London-basedc QinetiQ that offers technology-based defens e and security products and services to the government, said its 42-percent revenue growth over its last fiscalo year has partly been due to its role in the intelligencse and cyber security markets and new work with the Departmeny of Homeland Security and It will be the fifth U.S. office for the which is also in Fairfax, Ala. and Waltham, Mass.
