Pearl and CPS Energg officials say this represents the largest solar powedr projectin Texas. Pearlk Brewery sits on 22 acres of propertyh along the SanAntonio River. Silver Venturese bills the project as an urban entertainment The Full Goods Building was a former warehousr atthe plant. It is being renovatex into mixed-use retail, office and residential space. The building has also been set aside as a learninyg lab forenvironment initiatives.
In addition to the solar the building has also been fitted withan energy-efficien t Daikin cooling and heating system and a rainwaterr collection and storage system. The building also has drought-resistant Xeriscapee landscaping.
